First week at Elpis.... And a request

Finished my first real week working at Elpis today (I am working there twenty hours a week now). It was all very interesting…  

Mostly spent a lot of time catching up which projects Elpis has going on now, but I also did some summarizing of some Afghani documents… yeah for me for learning to read and write in Dari and Pashto when I was with my mother in Afghanistan for that year…

I do have a request to make from people with some fashion sense, though... I apparently need some business clothes, but I don’t know anything about this…

I have been looking at some websites this afternoon, but I haven’t gotten any real good idea’s yet. And since I also might need them for a scholarship interview or something… The clothes on the Muslim websites are not very flattering and the other websites are far too tight or too short. I am looking for something that is fairly loose, long sleeved and a longer skirt or loose pants, without it being too wide and not having any shape… And that can be combined with a head scarf...

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Now that I am out of school for the break and back from being all leathery, we should go shopping. There are PLENTY of options, it is just a matter of playing around a little.

When are you free? I assume after Christmas?

That would be great! And yes, I have some time after Christmas. Wednesday afternoons, Thursday and Friday are free.

Come shopping with me! I had a quick look on the internet and there's a lot of places that will do loose pants or full length skirts. I've also found a whole stack of thigh-lenth shirts, either with necks you can put a hijab under or ones that are designed to have a hijab over.

There is stuff out there and decent business clothes, too. You just need to find it.
